Chicken Parmesan

The other night I was watching Gordon Ramsay and got inspired.  I jumped up and said "Mom, I'm cooking dinner tonight."  I thought of my Juliet while making this, because this was her favourite dish, while I was living in New York.

What you will need:

1 tin of Chopped Tomatoes
1 tin of Tomato Paste
2 Eggs
Lots of Herbs (any really)
Bread Crumbs
4 Chicken Breast
Grated Cheese

Step 1

Pour chopped tomatoes and tomato paste into hand beater mixer.  Mix together add herds, salt and pepper. I used anything really, mixed herbs, rosemary, whatever you want

Step 2

Beat two eggs together for the coating mixture for the chicken.  Coat chicken in egg mixture and then coat chicken with bread crumbs. Heat frying pan with oil and butter.  When hot, fry chicken until brown on both sides.

Step 3

Place fried chicken into oven proof baking tray, then pour the tomato pesto sauce over the chicken.  Grate cheese over the top, the more the better *giggles*

Bake at 180 degrees until chicken is ready. Don't over cook the chicken, we dont want dry chicken now do we *giggles*

Serve with a salad and enjoy *YUMMY*

30 Days of Me - Day 8

Its been a while since I last did a blog on 30 days of me, its not really 30 days of me, is it now *GIGGLES*

Day 8 is 'Short term goals for the next month'

I have one short term goal for the next month, and that is to PASS all my exams.  I have 5 exams that take place in the October/November exam period and I really do wish I surprise myself, because I have truly been working hard.

So lets all hold thumbs.

Movember Styling

It is the 8th of Movember already, and I have seen a few guys rocking some awesome mo's. Shame some guys really do try while others are just lucky and they are LIKE BOOM, after five days of growth they look like Tom Selleck.

Movember November

Its November which means its Movember again.  So look out for all those yummy or not so yummy guys trying to grow their moustache's. Some more successful than others, but who am I to judge, coz I know I can not grow one. Some girls might hate the fact that guys all around South Africa are growing moustache's but ladies it's for a good cause.

About The Campaign

During November each year, Movember is responsible for the sprouting of moustaches on thousands of men’s faces around the world. The aim of which is to raise vital funds and awareness for men’s health, specifically prostate cancer and other cancers that affect men.

On Movember 1st, guys register at Movember.com with a clean-shaven face and then for the rest of the month, these selfless and generous men, known as Mo Bros, groom, trim and wax their way into the annals of fine moustachery. Supported by the women in their lives, Mo Sistas, Movember Mo Bros raise funds by seeking out sponsorship for their Mo-growing efforts.

Mo Bros effectively become walking, talking billboards for the 30 days of November and through their actions and words raise awareness by prompting private and public conversation around the often ignored issue of men's health.

At the end of the month, Mo Bros and Mo Sistas celebrate their gallantry and valor by throwing a Movember party.

Some idea's for you guys out there

King of Leon - SA Tour 2011

Saturday-29th of October 2011, the day had arrived, the day that thousands of South African's had been waiting for, it had finally arrived and we were all SUPER stoked.

The day started off well, then Gen and I had a little bit of a hick up but we got that sorted and finally we were on our way to JHB for meet up with Aislinn, Lisa and William.

We decided to drive to Soccer City as it was the cheapest option. Parking was only R120, and if you divided that by 5, you will get R24. Where park and rail was R80 and park and ride was R90.  So we got the best deal *giggles* I could ramble on and on and on but I wont, I will just say one word to describe what I thought of these SEXY ass guys....and of course their show......"MIND BLOWING" ok, ok, ok....that is two words.

One of the best shows I have seen....KOL rocked my world.

My SUPERHERO

30 Days of Me - Day 6

My favourite superhero and why?

I dont really have a favourite superhero.  I enjoy X-men and all that jazz, but there is no superhero that i relate too.  So I went onto Google, searched superhero's and came cross this superhero test, to find out which superhero you are.  I completed the test and I was told I am Spider-man.

You are Spider-Man

You are intelligent, witty,
a bit geeky and have great
power and responsibility.

I am NOT going to share who my favourite superhero is and why, because if I did then you would know all my secrets.

3O Days of Me - Day 5

So Day 5 is a picture of somewhere I have been.

This is it folks.

This view is one of my favourite views in the world.  Taken in 2010 on the ferry to Staten Island before going to a Yankee's game.  An EPIC day it was indeed.
